Once you receive your order, unbox your C&B products and enjoy! If you're not intending to prepare your C&B product same day, place proteins in freezer or fridge, depending on your intended use.
Unless otherwise indicated, all Cleaver and Block products come vacuum sealed and frozen, and are guaranteed in your freezer (at 0°F) from 6 months to one year depending on the product.
In order to ensure that your C&B product maintains our high standards of quality, be sure to follow these instructions:
Upon delivery of a shipped order, your Cleaver & Block product will arrive frozen in an insulated shipping container with dry ice and/or gel pack. Put your products in the freezer immediately upon receipt if not intending to use the same day.
